Dates are targets from public listings. Confirm with the builder and the RERA portal.
Some sellers push people to pay a token amount before any registration exists. That is where most disputes begin. Never pay for a project that cannot show a RERA number, and never pay in cash.
Also be careful with promised returns. A pre-launch does not guarantee a profit. Prices depend on the market, the location and how the project is built.
